THE GREAT
COMMISSION
The Church is designed to go, reach and teach all nations according to the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19-20. This is truly a call to LOVE. We love God because He first loved us, therefore we want to be obedient to Him. Because we love God and have a personal relationship with Him through Jesus Christ, we desire to have a genuine love for all people. We want to lovingly share the gospel with everyone in our community and that we come in contact with. We do this through planned events, planned visitations, and equipping each member of Bible Baptist Church. By equipping members they can then have an impact for Christ in their homes, at their jobs, and in the community.
Children are the future generation. They are the legacy that we will leave behind. At Bible Baptist, we are passionate about the spiritual development of our children. From ages 0 up to 6th grade, we offer classes with teachers dedicated to teaching your children God's Word. Each one of our children's workers goes through a screening process and training program so that your child is in a safe and happy environment.
The teens meet together every week Sunday mornings @ 9:30 & Wednesday evenings @ 7 across the street from the church in the gym.
Thrive Student Ministries is committed to seeing teens saved, grow and serve. We do this by working alongside parents to help teens build a solid foundation of faith that will go with them into their next stages of life. We work to create an environment where teens can serve together, laugh together and have a place where they belong. Most importantly our number one focus is to challenge them with the life-changing truths of God's Word.
Outreach is the church being the hands, legs, and arms of God in the community. It is more than events but helping meet the physical and spiritual needs of people and letting our community know we are here to help. At Bible Baptist Church we do this through three areas that we call SHOW LOVE. SHARE CHRIST. SERVE OTHERS. We look for ways to share Christ by getting out and inviting people to church and looking for opportunities to share the Gospel. We show love and serve by planning events held at our church or in the community throughout the year. We want the people, law enforcement, and teachers to know that we are here for them.
The Christian life is an exciting adventure that many never get to fully live out. This is mainly due to the fact that they are not growing to understand and know their great and mighty God! That is why we put a great focus and emphasis on Discipleship! We love and enjoy helping Christians grow in their relationship with God and to guide them into taking their next steps. We do this in two main ways with the first being preaching. The priority of every service is to preach and teach scripture. Secondly, by one-on-one discipleship. This is an exciting in-depth journey where a mature Christian will take another believer and begin to teach them the pillars of the Christian faith.
Our Mission Center is a Scripture Publishing Ministry that was started after the founding of the church by Pastor Wayne Holder. Through the years God has blessed this ministry in so many ways! Starting out in the basement of a pharmacy, our facilities are now in an old bowling alley with a warehouse full of God's word. We meet weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays mornings from 8:30am - 12pm. There are many ways you can take part and we would love for you to join us!
Discipled Veterans Program
Our goal is to create an environment of Camaraderie between our veterans. Our desire is to see veterans accept Christ as their personal Savior. Our task is to Disciple our veterans in the Word of God. Our mission is to fulfill the Great Commission. These words illustrate the focal point of our Discipled Veterans program. We meet weekly on Wednesday nights @7.
